RULE 62 BOOK
62 Topics. Real-Life Reflections.
A Different Perspective.
The Rule 62 Book takes 62 thought-provoking topics and explores them through honest, down-to-earth reflections on life, recovery, relationships, and personal growth.
Each chapter stands on its own, offering a chance to examine familiar situations from a different perspective. Whether you're reading alone, looking for something to reflect on, or searching for a meaningful conversation starter, the book is designed to encourage thought rather than prescribe answers.
A standalone book, not a card deck. While Rule 62 also includes a series of discussion decks designed for facilitating group conversations, this book is a separate experience. You don't need the cards to read it, enjoy it, or benefit from it.
Publication Status: In Development

“Alcoholism and addiction gave us plenty of opportunities to test our durability. Recklessness, anger, showing off and spectacular failures of common sense put us in situations we had no business surviving. We might have been genuinely brave, or simply fortunate that our stupidity didn't have worse consequences. There's a difference between recognizing real courage and dressing up recklessness as bravery, although I wasn't always interested in making that distinction.
But not every scar came from something we did wrong. Accidents, abuse, illness and events beyond our control leave marks too. Others come from years of treating ourselves like we didn't matter. Not all of them show on our skin. Some of the deepest damage is what nobody notices until something brings it back to the surface, and some was there long before alcohol or drugs entered the picture.”
